Nestled amidst cobblestones and street art of the Flinders Lane precinct, A Hereford Beefstouw steakhouse celebrates high quality steak (some dry aged up to an eye watering 100 days) in a Danish designed setting. The interior of the restaurant has been lovingly created by the A Hereford Beefstouw family of Danish designers and artisans - from the cutlery, to the tables and chairs, lighting and artworks.
A Hereford Beefstouw are dry ageing specialists. It all starts by raising Herefords cattle on the farm, and then dry age the beef in state of the art dry ageing facility. Generally, the meat is aged for around 40 days, sometimes out to 100, before cooking with simplicity and care.
