In this hands-on bread making class you will make naan and paratha from sctatch – knead the dough, roll into flatbread, roast them on the tawa (griddle) and enjoy with delicious shahi paneer (cottage cheese cooked with spices in a creamy tomato sauce). Learn the tips and tricks of traditional Indian cooking along with the nutritional and health benefits of spices and herbs. This is a vegetarian cooking class.
