Indian Breads Cooking Workshop

In this hands-on bread making class you will make naan and paratha from sctatch – knead the dough, roll into flatbread, roast them on the tawa (griddle) and enjoy with delicious shahi paneer (cottage cheese cooked with spices in a creamy tomato sauce). Learn the tips and tricks of traditional Indian cooking along with the nutritional and health benefits of spices and herbs. This is a vegetarian cooking class.

In this workshop you will learn the cultural significance of bread in India, the health benefits of herbs and spices, how to make naan and paratha and hands on Indian cooking.

You will get recipes to take home, delicious Indian breads to enjoy in class with shahi paneer
left overs to take home and tips and knowledge to take home and put into practice.
