Luna park will be blossoming these September school holidays with the carousel and great scenic railway springing back into action.
As Melbourne shakes off the winter chills, Luna Park will be celebrating the warmer weather by springing open its doors bursting full of rides.
With the Carousel and the Great Scenic Railway back after their hibernation, the Park will be looking all bright and shiny for the school holiday crowds.
As well as all the favourite rides at Luna Park there will be plenty of Springtime action to keep the kids entertained. In the lead-up to the release of the new movie 'The House with a Clock in Its Walls', starring Jack Black and Cate Blanchett in cinemas 20 September, families will be able to go hunting for eight clocks for a chance to win passes to see the film.
Also touching down at Luna Park these holidays will be The Famous Spiegeltent with a spectacular line-up of live entertainment. During the day the children’s entertainment includes ‘Le Petit Circus’ – a high-energy acrobatic delight and at night the fun will morph into adult entertainment including the fabulous Moira Finucane.
