Melbourne International Singers Festival

The Melbourne International Singers Festival is over the Queen's Birthday Weekend in 2018, which will be the ninth year. Melbourne’s most exciting festival for singers and choirs will present more stunning opportunities to work with some of the world’s finest conductors, composers, arrangers and musicians in magnificent venues in Melbourne's art precinct. The 2017 Melbourne International Singers Festival was a huge success, with four fabulous days of challenging, inspiring and entertaining workshops, rehearsals and amazing concerts. The continued tradition of supporting new Australian works with the World premiere of Andy Payne's 'Acquired Taste', Craigh Wilson's book launch of 'Intuitive', and the Australian premiere of Jonathan Dove's (UK) 'Tobias and the Angel' in collaboration with XL Arts. Proceeds support the School of Hard Knocks in providing arts and cultural programs to the vulnerable and marginalised in our community. Please check the for further information as it is released.
