North Indian Vegetarian Cooking Class

Learn to cook healthy and easy North Indian vegetarian cuisine, including a dry vegetable dish (aloo gobi – potato and cauliflower tossed with Indian spices), cucumber raita (spiced non-dairy yoghurt with cucumber), bhajia and jeera rice (cumin infused rice with Indian spices). Pick up cooking tips and tricks, and learn about the nutritional and health benefits of spices and herbs. Vegan options included. In this class you will learn how to make a traditional North Indian cuisine, health benefits of herbs and spices and hands on cooking practice. You will get taste testers and food to take home, recipes and tips and knowledge to take home and put into practice.
