In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained. The classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week. There is no need to book or bring anything. Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a second guided meditation based on the topic. There is also an opportunity for discussion, followed by refreshments.

At Overcoming Anxiety, learn how to identify and remove the causes of anxiety and worry. Discover simple meditations that will help you keep a calm and flexible mind throughout your day. Class dates are May 31, June 7, 14 and 21.
At Self Esteem, know the freedom of self-acceptance. Overcome critical thoughts towards yourself and others. Develop a positive self-view and inner confidence. Class dates are June 28, July 5, 12 and 19.
