Take to the rink for some freestyle skating or, if you’re keen to pick up some skills, sign up for a speed skating class and really feel the thrill. Team sports more your style? Join one of the netball, cricket or volleyball leagues at Frankston Indoor Sports.

Caffeine lovers should head to Frankie’s for their morning brew and stay for a delicious meal. Here, you can tuck into brunch- and lunch-time classics — think hotcakes, BLTs and burgers galore. If it’s time to treat yourself to a cheat meal, Fat Chef has what you’re looking for. Its epic menu covers all of the crave-worthy meals including an impressive menu of parmas. 

Beer aficionados are in for a treat at Dainton Brewery and Taphouse. This family-owned brewing business started with a home brew kit that owner Dan Dainton’s mother bought him for Christmas. These days, they produce award-winning beers including its IPA that won gold at the Australian International Beer Awards. Head to its taphouse for wood-fired pizza and drinks — in addition to beer, you can also sip on wine, whiskey or gin — and unwind with friends.  

If chocolate is your weakness, the place to give in to it is Chocolate Grove. These guys know how to craft top quality chocolate and in addition to decadent blocks, it offers chocolate-covered nuts, fruits and anything else they think will put a smile on someone’s face. Delve into the history of this much-loved confectionary at Chocolate Grove’s onsite Living History Centre.
