Melbourne has a variety of great services available to visiting family or friends to assist in planning or finding their way around the city. Seek out Travellers Aid or a PTV Hub for your visitor services needs.
PTV Hubs located in Melbourne and some regional centres provide customers with a one-stop-shop for public transport information. These hubs are information hotspots that provide customers with face-to-face customer service for Victoria’s public transport network.
First time users can purchase and register a myki, download the PTV app, plan their journey and familiarise themselves with the network before using public transport.
